No-Show Policy:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice we miss an opportunity to receive other services from another client.
Your appointments are confirmed by text 72 hours for confirmation and 48 as another reminder, because we know it is easy to forget an appointment that you booked. Since the services are reserved for you personally cancellation and rescheduling within 48 hours is okay.
Any new chemical service guests to schedule an appointment must put a $75.00 deposit down that is non-refundable if you no-show the appointment. If you do attend the appointment the deposit is used towards your bill.

First time cancellation:
There is no fee! We all get busy.
Second time cancellation:
50% Due of service that was booked.
Third time cancellation:
100% Due of service that was booked.
